We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated mental health professional to join our growing private practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully licensed clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful clinical work in a supportive practice environment.

Position Details

• Full-time 1099 Independent Contractor position

• In-office days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

• Tuesday available for telehealth sessions

• Flexible scheduling within listed days

• Office space provided

• In-house biller and office administrator for scheduling support

• Paid bi-weekly

• Minimum expectation of 20 client sessions per week

• Compensation/commission commensurate with experience

Qualifications

Applicants must be fully licensed in the state of West Virginia as one of the following:

• LPC

• LCSW/LICSW

• LMFT

• Licensed Psychologist

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience

• Experience working with couples strongly preferred

• Trauma-informed or trauma-trained clinicians encouraged to apply
